Product Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a virtual researcher to lead and conduct online arbitrage.

Mission

To grow our seasonal and Core business segment a minimum of 20% per year for the next 3 years. This will be accomplished by leading product research team to deliver numerous trend right, innovative and financially successful product assortments. This role has responsibility for product research and sales performance of product. This position reports to the owner.

Outcomes

Meeting goals to search, analyze and compare products to meet our criteria for good product finds
Delivering quality finds to drive business growth
Manage workflow to meet internal timing and action schedules

Competencies

Ability to source high quality products online from stores in the U.S. which can then be sold on Amazon FBA for a profit.
Good English skills and comfortable chatting on skype by text when discussing task
Daily availability to give status updates
Proven record for obtaining team goals
Great communication skills

Qualifications & Education

At least one year experience sourcing products online for sales on Amazon FBA
Experience working in small company and high growth environment
